Upon entering you need your booking reference and payment card . Your issued a room number and pin code for room and the front gate is the same pin number . I would recommend you take a picture on your phone when paying at machine . This makes it easy to see pin and room number if your moving from hotel .

Staff was very friendly. It was poosible order deliverying the food by the machine in the hotel. it was helpful because I don't speak French.
